ORDERING
Online ordering is now easier than ever. Monster Muscle uses Paypal, recognized worldwide for its secure shopping platform. Use a Paypal account, any major credit card or e-check. Shop for all of your training needs and simply add items to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add To Basket" button located in the product listing. Whenever you are ready to finalize your order, just click the "Checkout Now" button in your basket. Enter your billing and shipping information, and then confirm payment information and order completion and you are on your way. Your information is collected on a highly-secured site (SSL 128-bit encryption.) If you want to pay by check or money order, orders can be submitted by mail. Mail to Monster Muscle, PO Box 3224, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83816. Include $8 for shipping. Please Note: Credit Card Orders, your bill-to and ship-to addresses must match or be on record with your credit card company. For e-check orders, until the funds transfer is complete, your order will not be processed. This may take three to four business days. In the event that there is a problem in retrieving funds from your account, the waiting period may be longer.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
Most orders ship out the same day at Monster Muscle. If something is out of stock, or a wait is expected we will do our best to contact you. An e-mail will be sent to the address provided to Paypal when you placed your order. Powerlifting gear, unless in stock, may take 7-10 days for production. Additional customizations on powerlifting apparel may take up two two weeks for production. Colored belts are custom made to order and take approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery. Check your e-mail regularly after your order is placed.

SHIPPING METHOD
Monster Muscle ships all packages by Priority Mail through the United States Post Office. Priority Mail normally takes 2-3 business days. Monster Muscle reserves the right to ship via a different shipping carrier than the one selected when an order is placed. We do this only to expedite orders in some cases where the shipping costs will be less for the alternate carrier - and the nominal delivery time will be the same or faster. Please phone express orders into our phone operators using any major credit card. You will be billed the exact shipping requested. We do not mark up express shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERING
We welcome all international orders placed on our website. Prices on our website are in US dollars. All fees and duties associated with orders will not be included in the shipping but will be due to the local customs agency in order to receive the product. You will initially pay the $8 US Flat Rate Shipping Fee when your order is placed. When your package is ready to ship, your parcel will be weighed and a bill for the difference in actual shipping will be e-mailed to you using Paypal. When the shipping bill is paid the package will be released and shipped using International Priority Mail. We handle numerous international orders daily and it is a simple process. Please watch your e-mail for the shipping bill.
